North Oakland Community Charter School (NOCCS) is seeking an arts/educational program, or other group, to lease some of our available space.  The space would be great for an arts group such as a theater/dance/art/maker program or tutoring company.  The space is available after school and on weekends beginning in August of 2014, with a lease of one year or longer.  Various spaces are available:  classrooms, MPR, etc. and we can provide space in a large container outside for supplies.
