During the 2023-24 Signature Program, participants will:
– Participate in 10 core workshops to deepen your teaching pedagogy
– Complete an in-school internship with a mentor Teaching Artist
– Gain arts administration and entrepreneurship skills
– Be introduced to hiring Arts Education Organizations
– Prepare their own arts curriculum that integrates social justice, and social emotional learning into their artforms
– Receive feedback and mentorship from veteran Teaching Artists
Course includes: Workshops on building your curriculum, in-person artist salons, panels from arts education professionals, and internships.
