Artforms & Experience

Kai Fierle-Hedrick (Denver, CO) is the Founder & Facilitator at Create Knowledge — a consulting practice that works at the intersection of learning and evaluation, organizational change, and DEIJ (diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice) to help change agents lead with their strengths and make meaningful progress.

She has over 15 years of experience working in non-profit management, education, youth development, and the arts — as a teaching artist, professional development facilitator, program manager, “C-suite” leader, board member, evaluator, and consultant.

She is a proud alumnus of the NYC Arts in Education Roundtable’s Board of Directors, current co-chair of Teaching Artists Guild’s National Advisory Committee, and current President of TAG’s Board of Directors.
