Conducted all hiring, training, and evaluation of Northlight’s 20-25 teaching artists and apprentices; spearheaded reevaluation or core values, curriculum development, and assessment strategy of before-, during-, and after-school residency programs and liaised with schools about our programming and maintain partnerships; developed and synthesized assessment of programming and significantly contributed to grant applications and reports.<br />

Crafted and maintained all program budgets, management, oversight, and growth. Programming reach increased by over 150% between 2013-17 from 1,900 to over 4,900 students.<br />

Created Speak Up!, a residency program focused on civic engagement; designed comprehensive curriculum guide, teaching artist training, and assessment tools for students in grades 3-12.<br />

Created and managed content and design of educational Audience Guides and Study Guides for all Northlight mainstage productions.<br />
