As a faculty teaching artist, I directed and choreographed numerous theatrical productions and devised adaptations for youth artists as part of the Engagement Program including ​Into the Woods,​ ​West Side Story,​ ​Bye Bye Birdie,​ ​Romeo and Juliet,​ and ​Macbeth.​ In addition to on-site classes, I was part of AAC’s after school outreach program for at-risk youth as a Teaching Artist in Residence at PS34, PS134, and BECA at Bard Early College High School where I taught performance lab workshops, movement classes, and dramatic writing; I worked with program coordinators to meet their goals for the courses while tailoring my curricula to include New York State’s Blueprint benchmarks. I also managed assistant teaching artists and oversaw student teaching and curricula writing.
