Helped to develop the vision, branding, and artistic standards for the
organization. Gave consultation to arts coordinators at both Chicago-area
locations. Developed the music program, volunteer program, and printing
program. Instructed staff and interns in creative process integral to a
person-centered non-profit that works with adult artists with
developmental disabilities.
