• Responsible for crafting innovative and creatively challenging lesson plans (and when applicable, adhering to specific educational standards)

• Collaborating with staff & student actors to write, develop to stage original monologues, scenes and productions.

• Using the complete body instrument to explore ways of theatrical expression; including physical theater work, improvisation and text dramaturgy

• Directing/producing final culminations for students with focus on a professional result.

• Develop actors to enhance the meaning of the text or song.

• Instructed, taught and directed various child and adult programs with both local, non-profit, and larger theatrical organizations
