When students feel welcomed, accepted, and valued, their level of engagement, effort, and connection to curriculum will dramatically increase. This training will focus on creating an inclusive classroom culture by embracing the cornerstones of openness, clear communications, and respect. Participants will gain a foundational understanding of diversity and inclusion and reflect on their own lived experience while exploring characteristics of a truly inclusive educational environment.
