A collection of Bay Area Theater Companies and Arts Education Alliance Bay Area are combining efforts to host an open call for Theater Teaching Artists. We are seeking theater artists of various levels of experience with students of all ages (PK-Adult), and we particularly encourage bilingual teaching artists and teaching artists of color to apply.
Teaching artists who are seeking work opportunities for this winter, spring and summer will get a chance to demo their work within a supportive group. Information on each participating organization and their work opportunities will be provided to all attendees and any teaching artist resume submitted will be distributed to all participating organizations.
Be prepared to lead a 3-5 minute theater lesson with your fellow teaching artists acting as students, focusing on a game or activity that allows you to shine as a facilitator.

The Open Call will take place on Monday, December 13 from 5:30-6:30pm on Zoom.
