PrimeLife Arts Learning is offering two professional development workshops for Teaching Artists, educators, and administrators this spring. This interactive, virtual workshop will focus on strategies and methods for Teaching Artists to share their experience and arts processes with online learners. Participants will learn about PAL’s curriculum centered on building artistic connections for Creative Aging through digital media.
Co-facilitated by Phil Alexander, PAL’s Vice President of Learning, and Pamella Allen, painter, visual artist, and PAL Teaching Artist, this workshop will explore approaches that are rooted in research on healthy aging, education, and brain structures.
Complementary to, but not a prerequisite of, “Connecting through Community” workshop being offered on March 24.

* Teaching Artists who submit a new application to be a PAL Teaching Artist through the PAL website, and
* Teaching Artists who identify as Black, Indigenous, Latino, Asian, disabled, LGBTQ+, or members of any underrepresented community (Teaching Artists who use this coupon code will also receive a $100 stipend for participating)
