Are you a queer who makes art? Or are you a Queer Artist? What the hell even is the difference?
We don’t fully know either, and we invite you to join us as we try to figure it out together and (re)define queer, art, & Queer Art!
Join Queer Artists (?) Juan Carlos Escobedo(San Antonio, TX), Crystal Mason (Richmond, VA), and Jason Wyman (San Francisco, CA) in an intimate conversation. There will be some time to explore for yourself, some space to dream what it could mean, and the space & time for us to share it with each other.
PLUS! This is part of a new endeavor to queer art school! Join us to help us define queer and art and queer art so we can really queer art school. More coming in 2022 that you can help shape.
This workshop qualifies as professional development. Depending on your locality, organization, or business, there may be professional development funds available. We are happy to provide a Letter of Support or other documentation necessary to more easily access any of those funds.
