My expertise is in teaching and coaching on arts integration, social justice and culturally responsive pedagogy at all levels, and in multiple contexts. I am known for leading research and development of specialized curriculum for educators related to the performing arts, and developing new arts learning opportunities for youth, families and adults. I have a defined commitment to education equity and cultural diversity in both staffing, content, and programming, while developing strategic partnerships with local and national arts education providers. I am well-known for having a positive, passionate and engaging persona that uses humor to connect and engage diverse audiences, emphasizing building a sense of community and collective impact. <br />
