Responsible for leadership and management of the organization including financial and programmatic issues and organizational development. Strengthen the organization’s internal capacity, as well as maintain and improve operational systems. Lead the long-range and strategic planning process of the Board, establish benchmarks for measuring success and ensure planning cycles recur appropriately.
