I am one of the program designers and mentor teaching artist facilitators for the Teaching Artist Studio, a yearly professional development program. I create a yearly program of workshops to address requests of roster teaching artists and needs of the educational system. I also work as a lead for the Arts For Learning literacy education and train teaching artists and classroom teachers in leading this arts integration curriculum. I also create specialized training and extension program for partnering arts organizations in Portland and around the state and organize an annual arts education retreat.
