Lead Teaching Artist for Steppenwolf for Young Adults (SYA) Extended Residency Program and Pre- & Post- Residency Program, in 2011 pioneered and developed current extended residency program using the Lincoln Center’s Aesthetic Education model.<br />

Co-planned/facilitated Aesthetic Education training around the production of HIR by Taylor Mac.<br />

Co-planned/facilitated winter 2017 Teaching Artist training around the production of MONSTER and taught portions of training for the prior four productions.<br />

Piloted the “What If?” residency project with a drama class at Prosser High School in which students wrote, designed, and performed an original play inspired by SYA’s production of MONSTER.<br />

Conducted over sixty pre— and post—show residencies in suburban and CPS high schools.<br />

Post—show Discussion Facilitator with audiences during public performances of SYA and mainstage productions.<br />

Trained with Michael Rohd (Center For Performance And Public Practice) and Jean Taylor (Lincoln Center Education) in facilitation, applied theatre, and Aesthetic Education.
