Creator and manager of STG’s Art Sessions, a free library of arts education digital content for the community in multiple disciplines and languages.
Manage, produce, and teach for Disney Musicals In Schools, a free partnership with Title I elementary schools, which has served over 2,000 students in 25 schools throughout 12 school districts in 6 years.

Cultivate, hire, and manage a diverse team of Teaching Artists and conduct communications and end of program evaluations to utilize feedback to improve program quality.
Create professional development workshops and trainings for classroom educators and Teaching Artists and manage subsequent clock hour paperwork.
Develop and manage residencies and educator programs and support student matinees.
Co-produce the Student Share Celebration at The Paramount Theatre for hundreds of participating students, friends, and families.
Manage the Broadway Inclusion Program (serving neurodivergent and/or disabled community members and their caregivers) and oversee curriculum development, Teaching Artist team, and teach for program when needed.
Manage Education and Community Engagement webpages and digital platforms for re-structuring and ongoing needs in collaboration with the marketing team.
Support Access Programs such as STG in Hospitals, master classes, and Sensory Friendly & Inclusive Performances.
Co-lead STG’s Accessibility Committee. Moderate public education events with Broadway & Season engagements
