Irvine Foundation has put out A Closer Look at Arts Engagement in California: Insights from the NEA’s Survey of Public Participation in the Arts, which uses the NEA data to explore arts participation in California, where (the report suggests) “dramatically shifting demographics and rapid technological advances offer new opportunities for artistic expression.”
